The city of Olathe organized a second market at Black Bob Park (14500 W 151st, Field 1). Open every Wednesday and Saturday at 7:30 until sold out. Visit for local produce, jams, baked goods, eggs/meat and more! I enjoy visiting this location on occasion for fresh flowers and produce.

The original Olathe Farmers Market is now located at the new Olathe Community Center (1205 E. Kansas City Road). I have come to know and trust many talented local farmers. You can visit and reap the harvest every Wednesday and Saturday from 7:30am until sold out. I'm particularly fond of the this market, because the vendors share their knowledge and provide desirable fresh products. Meinke Farms (look for the Chiefs tent!) has an array of the best jams and preserves. I recommend their raspberry jam to anyone; nothing else compares!

2014 Schedule: last Saturday market is October 25; last Wednesday market is September 24.

I Highly support the Olathe Farmers Market because it's local and a wonderful place to buy a variety of fresh and delicious produce!
