The farmer's market at Spencer has grown and improved each and every year. we have more and varied vendors who ca re about people. there is more fresh, healthy, local food each week and the folks coming out each week are thrilled to have fresh food, healthy plants, gifts, and more available. many come just to enjoy the good coffee and something to eat while they stroll around the market. the book store is very popular as you can buy or trade a book, too. i enjoy being a vendor and a board member. something great is growing in Owen County!!! I am a 30 year resident of Owen County and have sponsored a Farmers Market but this location is wonderful and the advertisement on the Radio station and the signs directing people to the market is very visible. All the vendors are friendly and informative on their produce and crafts; the entertainment has been wonderful; everyone is happy and meeting friends and chatting with them has been great! Buying locally and helping out the economy locally is the way to go...Keep it going, and going and going like the Energizer Bunny. Carol Reynolds / lots of friends

Always a good time and always enjoy being able to buy local foods. The local arts and crafts items are great too.

This is a new market in its second year that just keeps getting better. As a vendor, it's been a pleasure to be at the market, to meet other vendors and to get to know people within our community.

I am a vendor at the market. I love to sale my fruits and veg. to everyyone and seeing the smile on their faces. We have lots of fun and seeing everyone come out to the market is great we have the best entertanment I just have a blast!

I love being able to buy locally from growers I know (or can easily get to know). Our market has a wonderful variety of produce, flowers and one-of-a-kind crafts.

As a local farmer I love support the market has brought to our community. The Community Farmers' Market of Owen County supports farmers, gardeners, and craftmens alike all in a family fun environment.

It is great to be able to buy local and to know the growers. it is a wonderful place to be on saturday mornings. the Market is getting bigger and better!
