I like the fresh produce and knowing that I am supporting smaller farming entreprise.

The variety of foods, flowers, and other specialties is terrific. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and it seems that people there know something special - and they do - they know to shop at a farmers' market!

The selection is great and the food is fresh, what more could you ask for? When I shop at the grocery store there is no way to know how long the veggies have been in a box, at the farmers market you know only hours vs. days or weeks, you can tell the difference.
