Revere is not a wealthy town, but rather a large beach town convenient to Boston and inhabitated mostly by immigrants. The farmer's market introduces residents to fresh affordable fruits and vegetables, and, while gathering to make purchases, a sense of community. It is a welcome addition to the beach, where farmers set up right in front of the bandstand. I cannot imagine a more picturesque setting for a Market!!!
