Nice variety of veggies, and heirloom varieties keep things interesting. We joined for the second half of summer into fall, and have had delicious watermelon, peppers, and all of the rest of the summer veggies you could want. Including black eyed peas! Very plentiful, and I am wishing now that I had a canner and knew how to use it. I'm looking forward to what fall brings, and I even love the basket the share comes in. The Simmons also have jams and baked goods for sale, very tasty! Highly recommended.

This is my first year with a CSA and am enjoying every weekly basket I get from Flying S Farms. Ben and Catherine are wonderful people. The baskets are always full of a delicious variety of vegies. Every now and then there will be a special baked treat in the basket. There is alway something new and they are knowledgeable with how to fix it. Definitely worth the money just knowing it is going to a local grower and stimulating the local economy.
