The produce and food is always so fresh and tasty. The plants are superior to big box stores. And the best part, you get to talk with the folks that got their hands dirty raising all the good items for sale at our local market. Keep up the good work, and thank you for providing our community with this valuable service.

I have family and friends that are set up each week. I enjoy coming to see what all they have each week. The homemade goodies are out of this world. I am able to bring my little yorkie to enjoy the market as well. The market has a nice set up and atmosphere.

Love the local produce and the people. It looks better and tastes better and is fresher than the supermaket

The Glade Spring Market provides an opportunity for farmers to share their crops with their neighbors that don't raise gardens. It also encourages a spirit of community.

We are a tiny rural community and in the four years of its existence, our market has grown to 12 + vendors on any given Saturday. Our community comes out each Saturday to buy their produce, visit with friends and support their local farmers. All week we look forward to the next Saturday morning! That is what makes growing veggies, flowers and producing baked goods so enjoyable when you know people appreciate the effort it takes to produce beautiful food.
