My friend, daughter, and I visited the farm yesterday. I was amazed at how much was growing in such a small amount of space. You could tell that everything was well-loved and taken care of. It felt more like visiting a friend's garden than going to a place to buy something. Harold was very nice, and he picked the produce we wanted while we were there. You can't get any fresher than that! I bought some lovely eggplant, brought it home and made ratatouille with it. It was very tender and flavorful. I will definitely be back for more!
