This market has a unique layout and very outdoor-market feel to it. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of offerings, but very few local suppliers of produce. They do have local offerings of honey, hot sauces and other commodities. If this market was on another website not focused on locally available produce, I would give it 5 stars, but since it is...only 3. For true local famers, offering true local produce and goods, try cowtown farmers market.

Although I have been away from the area for many years, I was raised in the area and my father had a farm. I think they truly deserve to receive the money and help.

Getting some of the freshest anf best produce. They support local and small farmers. Big corporations get all the tax breaks and the working farmer barely gets by.

Of course the fruits and vegetables are the star,buying local is important to me. Now, the people shine as well! Letting you know what"s best, how they cook items, what they are buying today... When I am there I am the biggest foodie, I smell, touch and just immerse myself in the whole farmers market experience.

They are the greatest people, friendly, happy to see you, helful with what you need, and always the fruit and the vegetables are the stars.. They also have wonderful plants to help you grow your on, and beautiful things for your garden, I love to go and shop there any thime, summer winter, spring, fall, there is always something good to cook and to eat.

I love fresh fruit and veggies! And small business is the backbone of our country!
