Having grown up on raw milk during my child-hood has provided benefits beyond belief. Milk that is sold in stores over the counter has no health benefits whatsoever. Now that the dairy industry is monitored by the government, raw milk is not readily available therefore local dairy bottlers are a blessing. Emrich farms bottled pasteurized and homogenized milk is the next best milk for me to consume. I can not get any benefit from the milk that is sold in stores unless it is Emrich farms milk. Their chocolate ice cream is great. I must try their vanilla flavored ice cream.

We just moved back to this area and I found your milk at a Eastside Market in Manhattan....thought I'd try it....WOW!!!! It is delicious...I've been so upset to not be able to have raw milk but this is very close and so yummy & fresh...thank you Emrich Family for this wonderful product and for those sweet Jersey cows!
