Great variety of foods and products. Not only do we get the majority of our vegies and fruits there (all organic and everything you could think of), we get these indian food pocket pies and raw food as well. And there is fresh locally caught fish from Santa Cruz as well as organic beef and eggs.

Made to order crepes. Fresh bread and pastries. Seasonal fruits and vegetables. Delicious samples that entice you to add to your shopping bag. And what a joy to watch all the little children laughing and playing in the park and fountain.

This market is just OK. They have GREAT local organic produce and olive oil and nuts, etc. My feeling is that Los Gatos offers a lot of restaurants, so why waste market space on tamales (probably not made with local ingredients) or Aidelle's sausages that are sold at Safeway and other supermarkets? Seems to kind fo defeat the purpose of a farmers market if you ask me. I would like to see more locally raised meats; chicken, beef, pork, lamb, fish, etc. Farmers markets should be about supporting local farmers, not food carts, caterers or restaurants. HECK, bring the Oyster guy back. That was awesome!!! And he gets his oysters from local sources. This is starting to resemble more of a food section at a street fair than a farmers market.
