Wonderful, nutritionous produce. Dedicated people who believe in the environment and its importance to our well being. Great selection of products. Well organized. I believe that locally grown, fresh food can make a huge difference in the health of everyone in this country.

What I like about our Farmer's Market: the healthy fresh fruits and vegetables grown by local farmers,the great variety of goods sold by friendly vendors at a perfect location.

I love supporting local farmers, my community, etc. Our economic situation, environment, health, etc., would be much better if we supported each other in this way.

The food is always very fresh and delicious. And the people are very friendly and helpful. Free samples of grill roasted corn and the maple syrup were excellent! Locally grown and harvested is the way to go!

The veggies & fruit are fresh, the people are great, and we all support loclly grown or made offerings!

All the fruits, vegetables, pickles, dressings, jams, soaps are sooooo amazing. The people are wonderful. And I LOVE the pizza! I get so excited for thursdays!

I love being able to stop on my way home from work to pick up fresh, locally grown produce. I think its good for the town and I'm impressed with the turnout. I've met some great people and made some new friends, and have my eye on some perennials for my garden to be. I love it. Keep it going !!

I love the farm fresh produce. The market has a great variety of vendors and a good location.

This farmer's market has been such a terrific gift for the busy familes of the Southbury area-- with a lovely variety of vendors and a great relaxed feel. A much-needed antidote to the plastic fruits and veggies offered by the supermarkets.

I like the fact tha my family is eating healthy produce grown by neighbors and friends. Also, I like to support my local farms and stores. If I don't support my local farms, they may not be in business in a few years.

Best produce in town and REASONABLE prices!! Love fresh veggies and they have lots more than just vegetables. Nice vendors too!

Everyone is friendly and approachable. Produce not sold at the end of the day is donated directly to the Southbury Food Bank. Additionally folks like us who have extra vegies from home garden's can drop them off at the market as well! This is an simple way to help our neighbor's in need. Way to go!

I might be bias since I am a vendor and the market organizer but I think that this farmers' market is the best around. The selection is what I am proud of from veggies to baked goods, olive oil, seafood, soap, jams and jellies, cut flowers, plants, maple syrup and honey !

Here's an opportunity for area farmers to have make an outlet for their produce available to local residents. When we can buy fresh-picked items and home-made goodies, we're promoting healthier eating and a healthier community. I want to help make the Southbury Farmer's market a special destination for all of us to buy the best.

The produce is superior and delicious and I want to help our local farmers stay in business and not have to sell their land for development. I chair a Green Committee at my retirement home and we will have a van take residents to this market weekly.

The number of farms in CT continues to shrink. I enjoy the opportunity to support local growers, and, at the same time, I am able to purchase healthy fresh produce for my family.
