The Dedham Farmers Market is a wonderful way to buy local and live local. I have met so many wonderful community members at this market while browsing the farm fresh produce and treats. It is consistently one of the events I look forward to every week and I'm so grateful to have access to the array of quality food and smiling neighbors.

Great selection and prices. Very friendly and helpful vendors. I love this market, can't wait for Wednesdays to come. The produce, dairy and eggs, bakery, honey: Wow! What an amazing array of goodies-and that's not even everything that is offered. I'll be very sad when this is no longer available to us.

Even though I don't actually live in Dedham, I have deep and long-standing roots in the community. I spend a lot of time in the Square because it is a warm, welcoming and vibrant business and community center. I particularly like the Dedham Farmers Market (the only one I shop at consistantly) because of the high quality produce and the variety of other vendors...I'm very fond of the Ever So Humble Pie Company (a little too fond), the spice lady and the LemonThyme products. I look forward to Wednesdays in the Square, doing my farmers market shopping, stopping off for an ice coffee, checking out the new windows at the Blue Bunny, and generally window shopping throughout the area. The Dedham Farmers Market gives me the high quality food that I want, delicious extras that I need for my soul, and wonderful goodies that I can share with others. It is a holistic afternoon!!!

I support the Dedham Farmer's Market because they support sustainable agriculture, the food is fresher because it hasn't been shipped a long distance, and it has a way nicer ambiance than the grocery store. (Not to mention that I often run into friends there... and sometimes even make new ones!)

love taking my children there to introduce them to unique foods, and to meet people who actually work on farms. I think it's so important for kids to understand all the hard work that goes in to creating the healthy foods we eat. It's important for them to know that foods don't always look as perfect as they are in the stores...but that they are just as good, and even tastier if they haven't had to travel thousands of miles before we eat them!!

We look forward to shopping at the Market each Wednesday. It's fun picking up "just picked" produce such as green beans, sweet corn, lettuce and beets. Everything is delicious. The breads and pies are also fantastic and helps keep our own oven off during the hot summer days! It's also fun to run into friends as we shop.
