Farmers markets are wholesome, local, fresh and fabulous. This has some, but is mainly more of the same old same old. Purveyors are going to some produce market in Miami that brings in mangos from Haiti/Mexico, grapes from Chile... food that has been imported from all over the world and just reselling it here. They don't understand the concept of a farmers market and have no business being allowed to sell at a farmers market. Only local foods sold by local farmers, bakers etc. None of this Publix crap. This market needs a LOT of help. It was better when it was an antique market, so maybe they could combine it.

The fruits, veggies, flowers are fresh because they are locally grown. There is much more than that too. I would rather support the local farmers than large corporations!
