We purchased a half side of beef from Rachael's farm and couldn't be more pleased. I grew up on my own family's grass-fed beef, and I have to say our current beef surpasses that of my childhood! Our steaks have been so tender and delicious - just as much so as corn-fed, and made even better knowing there are no hormones or excess fat in the meat, not to mention all the good things that allowing animals to eat as they normally would brings.

Working with Rachael was easy and simple - she was prompt with her replies and very helpful. I felt confident that things were being handled appropriately. Also, the folks at the meat processing were just as helpful, and a great resource.

I am recommending Rachael and her beef to anyone who will listen.... this is such a great resource for our community!

We have just recently purchased beef from Narrow Gap Farm for the second time and were so pleased with the consistent delicious flavor and tenderness of the meat. Before we decided to purchase meat, we visited the farm and saw first hand how well the cattle were treated and how much space the cows had to graze. My wife and I would like to thank the folks at Narrow Gap for their commitment to providing a quality product. When we ran out of beef from our first purchase, we were forced to go back to the grocery store for our meat. We immediately realized the remarkable difference in the quality. We purchased beef from this farm. We had always had grain fed beef until now. The taste is unbelievable. Very lean. Wonderful taste. All natural. After eating this beef, grain fed beef is history for us. The farm is very clean. The cattle has plenty of grazing room. I would recommend this beef to anyone.
