I am from the northwest so I know a good berry when I taste it. I moved to the east and have no access to the great NW berries. Finding Northwest wild food was a great find. I order the bosenberries, huckleberries, wild blackberies, marionberries and wild blueberries. They are all great. They deliver on time and everything is packaged very well. They are a little spendy but I'm glad I can get them. When I lived over there I grew them all except the huckleberries I would go and pick them.

yes they ship them frozen and when you get them they will be frozen. They use dry ice to keep them frozen.

This customer was unhappy because the lingonberries did not taste sweet like the pomegranate arils she had purchased from us that she loved. Berries all have different flavors so yes in terms of flavor lingonberries are very different and our description specifically describes this. We tried calling the customer but she was unwilling to listen to our suggestions. She forgot to mention that i also gave her an $80 refund as we do our best to take care of our customers.

This customer had ordered pomegranate from us and loved them. she then ordered other berries and thought they were too tart. (not even ordered through your site). our descriptions obviously state the berries are tart. I called her and she was unwilling to listen to anything. all she said was "they are not sweet like the pomegranate." yes, not all fruit tastes like pomegranate. i dont feel the negative review should be allowed from this customer who didnt even order the fruit from your site nor look at descriptions.

We recently visited Washington on vacation. One of the things that we discovered about Washington is its delicious blackberries. So when we returned home, we ordered your blackberry syrup (for ice cream topping) and your wonderful jam for breakfast toast/biscuits. Both are so incredibly delicious! Thank you for a really great product at a reasonable price. You have big fans in Texas!
