I get the best free-range meats from Snafu Acres there, and veggies when I want them, with plenty of easy parking.

I always support local farms. They put a lot of effort into their crop and products. I buy their homemade soaps, honey, jams and jellies as well. It makes me feel good to use and serve them.

From grower to consumer - no middle man, long-haul transport, etc. The less time that passes between the farm and the kitchen, the higher the quality. What's any better than native berries, corn, and tomatoes?

I have used it for years and besides enjoying the local food, I like the people. Our other market formed basically because the space for the first got changed due to development and there isn't room for all.

the market is local, the food is fresh, and the money stays in the area, everyone wins.
