This is our second season with Second Wind CSA and we are extremely pleased with them. We have been introduced to some new produce and have had new varieties of the old tried and true. All delicious, fresh and responsibly grown. The succession plantings of the tri-color beans was a great success! It showed high level gardening skills and filled our freezer. We would highly recommend this CSA to anyone who is interested in sustainably and responsibly grown produce not found in any grocery store!

I hate writing reviews but you won't meet nicer people or dog (Utah, I miss you!) or vegetables than at Second Wind CSA so I feel like I should.

We've been members of the Second Wind CSA since it started and before that with Jay. The quality of the produce grown has always been amazing. Wes & Bryn definitely have green thumbs! Our basket is always overflowing each week on distribution day. Incredible value for organic veggies. Friends who have taken our weekly distribution while we were away have joined the CSA. That's the power of Second Wind CSA!

We've been members of Second Wind CSA for three years now (or perhaps it's 4!) and couldn't be more pleased. Wonderful mix of organic vegetables each week, great weekly blog, and the incomparable Wes and Bryn--what could be better? Anyone in proximity to the farm or Garrison (Wed. PM pickup), should jump at the opportunity to support local farming, partner with the CSA, and enjoy the bountiful harvest. Bravo!

Thank you for your hard work and skill. Many delicious things that we had never tried before, including fennel and kohlrabi. Appreciate the weekly postings and the recipes and suggestions, as well as having a Saturday distribution for us. We will be back.

My husband and I loved our continued membership in this CSA. You can't beat the value of fresh veggies each and every summer week, with a thoughtful variety of greens, herbs, squashes, cucumbers and of course tomatoes. And as fall approached, the switch to "cellar" vegetables: onions, garlic, potatoes, carrots, beets and winter squashes. The weekly recipe sharing inspires new uses by the cook. The pickup is convenient for MetroNorth commuters, which is a big plus for me.
We will be joining again, making this our 3rd (or maybe 4th) year.

All through last year's hurricanes and other unusual weather, Second Wind kept pumping out great food week after week. The selection was varied, and the tomatoes especially are a secret treat! I looked forward to picking up my share every week and checking out the progress of the farm and chatting with the managers. I'm glad to support not only a local farm, but a no-till organic farm that emphasizes heirloom veggies. Looking forward to another great season!
