I got to visit their farm -- 5th generation, over 150 years in the family. Cooked a couple NY strip steaks last night -- they were wonderful -- nice knowing they weren't feedlot cattle factory farmed. Have a couple ribeyes and an arm roast in the freezer to try. Will post after them. Definitely try their beef!

Grilled the rib-eyes and used the arm roast in a kebob. Both were excellent.
