Reviews for: Hancock County Farmers Market

A lot of people are leaving reviews here for Findlay Farmers Market in Cincinnati. Evidently, it's great :) However, I believe this is the site that is actually located in Findlay, OH, which is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Cincinnati. However, as a resident of Findlay, I can say that our farmer's market is okay. It is better than no farmer's market which is what we had until about 3 years ago. It is held at our county fairgrounds and has approximately 20 vendors selling a variety of home-grown produce, live plants and herbs of all sorts, jams, jellies, home baked goods, eggs, poultry, etc. I would like to see it grow, but it appears that it is difficult in our area. In all a decent market for a city of our size.

Oldest continuing market in the state of Ohio, extremely diverse with every type of human being congregating in a single space. Great prices and selection and the best part ... it's in the city's core!

Findlay Msrket feels like a mini vacation from the ordinary! I love all the shops and vendors and just wandering through the area. Around every corner is something new to be tried or a table to sit and watch the "marketers" go by. It is an honor to help support those who work so hard to provide such wonderful pleasures for the rest of us! Go Findlay!

I lived very close to the market for two years and it was such pleasure going to it. Often times, I would not like living in Cincinnati, but Findlay market was my breath of fresh air.

We have shopped there several times and go to Findlay Market exclusively for fresh fish and meats... they are the best!

The tri-states produce ,and the Kroger & Sons meat are always above the quality you can receive from any other food supplier

it is a great place to find all of the local foods that you need. there are also plenty of local artisans and fooderies that you can't find anywhere else in the world!

I go every Saturday morning for my weekly shop, it's always fun and full of life, and it's great to support local vendors!

I love going to Findlay Market on the weekend and during the week for a quick escape from work. Being there always lifts my spirits and reminds me what is really important in life.

Some of my favorite memories with my grandmother. I always thought it was so fun to get up early Saturday mornings and go to "the Market".

I know longer live in Cincinnati. I didn't know what I had in my backyard until I couldn't get to it any longer.

It is a great weekend tradition - I love supporting our local farmers. We walk, shop, eat, see old friends and make new ones.

They have been a tremendous asset to the community and always give back to student organizations!

Because everything there is fresh and affordable. Way better than the supermakets. And it's fun and interesting. Always something new going on there.

It reminds me of the great markets I've visited in Europe and south America, with loads of quality, exotic ingredients, as well as the expected produce and excellent meats, cheese and seafood. Great people, live music, cooked food from Asian to soul food. It's the soul of Cincinnati, the essence of the Queen City.

Ohio has some of the best produce around. We are in the farm belt, so conditions are great for most crops, especially sweet corn! I love the Farmers Market and go almost every week. So much to choose from and the vendors are very nice to deal with.

Everyone is amazing there! The food is delicious, the produce is delicious and the people love what they do.

They have and always will have the freshest and bestest vegetables and meats in the state of Ohio. I have been going there every year, multiple times a week, and have never been disapointed. Long live Findlay

It's wonderful to have a local farmers market, every Thursday. I love all the fresh, yummie, organic produce. I hope they win the $5,000 they deserve it.
