This was my first year with a CSA and I'm really glad I picked Casa Bianca Farms. GREAT variety, beautiful fruits & vegetables. Recipes provided. Astonishing how much was provided in each basket. Received enough to make pickles, marinara sauce, blueberry jam and raspberry jam. Looking forward to next year already!

This is, I believe, our 4th year with the CSA at Casa Bianca. We like the quality and variety and value of the produce which truly exceeds the cost of the membership.

The owners are friendly and honest and work hard to please the customers.

Decided to go through their CSA this year as a way to introduce my family to healthier eating and new veggies - cannot recommend them enough.

The food itself was wonderful; more than enough, with a lot of variety, including somethings we had never heard of but found we loved :) Everything was at the peak of season with little to no blemishes or bruises.

Service was great, she was accommodating to some schedule issues and emailed me back with any questions quite quickly.

You don't just get food though, you also get weekly emails that contain common recipes for if you are new to the CSA thing, and options to buy more at the stand.

Value-wise, there were several weeks that I took a list of what we received, brought it to the store, and figured out (roughly) what it would have cost to buy there -most weeks the CSA was well under what it would have cost at the store, with a better quality food!

I only wished we lived in a climate that the season could be longer!

This is our first year with Casa Bianca Farms, and we were delighted with all the fresh produce and the way in which the transactions were handled. Any extra produce went into our dehydrator, freezer or was canned to be enjoyed at a later date. Even shared some with family who were delighted with the quality. We are definitely signing up for the 2014 season and are looking forward to more great produce.

We joined Casa Bianca as our first csa experiece. We love everything and even my picky eaters are trying new foods. The 1/2 share portions are so generous we can hardly eat everything! We are blanching, freezing and canning a lot of the food so all winter we will enjoy the farm. We even picked or bought extra of blueberries and tomatoes.

My toddler loves to visit and Annett, George and the kids ar so friendly! We are joining next year for sure and have many friends & family who are talking about joining because we rave about the farm & the family to them constantly.

This is my first CSA experience and I am completely delighted with the quality and quantity of the produce, eggs, flowers, herbs and advice that I receive from Annette and George.

The farm is charming, I enjoy my weekly visits, and everything is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented in my weekly box. I'm temped to photograph the boxes, everything is so pretty and appetizing, and then I get to eat it!

I am relearning the arts of freezing, canning and pickling in order to get the most of my share each week. I must admit that some weeks I even share with my family and neighbors because the shares are so generous.

I will definitely continue with Casa Bianca, I have come to feel part of the family!

The quality of this produce is exceptional. We visit a few times a week and are really delighted that there is a resource for fresh fruit and vegetables in the neighborhood. The prices are also very reasonable. Thank you!
