My top pick is, of course, those luscious strawberries. We eat them fresh in the summer and freeze them to use all winter long. Other favorites are the shallots, carrots, spring mix, garlic scapes, beets and gorgeous heirloom tomatoes.
In addition to outstanding produce, Jordan and Daryl make every effort to ensure Belweather Farm fosters community spirit. CSA members are asked for their opinions and feedback on a regular basis, asked to vote on various issues, and asked to help out on the farm during the season. Finally, don't forget to sample some of the homemade pies and pastries at the Farmer's Market. Get there soon after it opens or they'll all be gone!
Klamath Falls is extremely lucky to have Belweather Farms.
