A real plus for me is the evening hours, I like being able to stop on my way home from work.

It's refreshing to purchase ripe in season produce. Teach my 7 year old where produce comes from as well as how to choose it. I have purchased something from all the venders, since it began. The goats milk soap is wonderful with no nasty additives. The handmade purse I purchased I just can't say enough. You have all provided an awesome experience for us. Thanks and heres to many more years

I have only missed one Wed., at the Farmers Market... and I have loved every one since. The "sticks and twigs" bread is devine, fresh beans my favorite, and sampling food isn't a bad idea either!

The local people bring in food of all kinds, including gorgeous vegetables, baked goods, eggs and meats that have been raised in a responsible way. I enjoy talking to the producers and hearing them proudly promote the fact that harmful chemicals have not been used for their products. The fruits are ripe and delicious and I have found a source for the best hamburgers I have ever had. Economically, it feels good to support our area because jobs are more scarce than ever and we can help by supporting our neighbors at the Farmer's Market. But the main reason I love the Farmer's Market is that I'm confident the food is safer and better for the environment than food shipped from far away.

I really hope to see this turn out to be a huge event in the next year or so..we need to get the word out and support the people that are coming there now.
These are the types of things I like to go to to buy fresh veggies and fruit that I cannot grow myself but always have to drive out of the county to enjoy.
It is nice to finally have something so close.

Even though I haven't had a chance to stop by yet due to my work schedule, this is why I'll be supporting the Tuscarawas Valley Family Farm Market whenever I can. Because our community is still a small one to me. And I'd like to remember things like I did as a kid when we all sold produce at our little sidewalk tables and looked for empty bottles hoping to scrape enough money together to be able to buy a bottle of pop and a couple packs of baseball cards.

The hours of the Tuscarawas Valley Family Farm Market make it more convenient for working folks to shop for locally produced foods/products. It is a nice social venue also-it's nice to actually know the person who has grown or made your food!

The TVFFM is a great community asset. It provides a chance for the people of Tuscarawas County a chance to help local growers, and helps to make a huge environmental impact. Plus, the food there is great! It's a win-win-win.

The market is a much needed source of fresh, locally grown food in the community. Plus its already a place to go and hang with like minded individuals. Way to put it together!

This market promotes community involvement. It promotes neighbor meeting and helping neighbor. The Family Farm Marked makes that extra effort to remain open long enough for those who work to have enough time to get to the Market after work.
The fresh, home baked, home grown foods are far fresher and taste better than those that have been shipped in to the grocery stores.
This Market gives the local business and artisan the opportunity to get their product in front of the very people who have inspired them to be the best at what they do.

The Tuscarawas Valley Family Farm Market promotes local food that is fresher and better for you than supermarket food. It strengthens the local economy by keeping dollars in our community. The market accepts food stamps and is accesible to families of all income levels.

he Family farm market is centered around farming. You are to grow all that you sell. No buying in and reselling; it creates a local relationship between farmers and customers.

This is a nonprofit organization that grew out of a leadership project. We love that the hours are from 3 - 7 pm. This has brought together many local farmers with local food and goods at the county fairgrounds. It's easy to find and has a great variety of goods and will be growing as this is the first year.
Hats off to the organizers!
