The grass finished beef and lamb have been excellent.

The beef has had rich flavor both braised and grilled medium-rare. The boneless center-cut Prime Rib (Delmonico) steaks were particularly good.

Similarly, we have enjoyed the lamb roasted, braised and grilled medium-rare.
