Corn. Tomatoes. Honey. Baked goods. Fruit. All the fresh and reasonable, seasonable produce available from friendly, hard-working local growers and vendors.

I believe the Grove City Farmers' Market represents well what the smaller communities of Ohio mean to the state. It is well run, organized, and offers a wide variety of choices to patrons.

Grove City Farmers Market has always been a great way to bring a diverse community together in one place, newcomers and old timers alike. You can get fresh produce, fresh baked goods, home-made egg noodles from the Community Club, and a variety of other goods. Special events are often planned around the market, which brings more people to the historical Town Center section of Grove City.

Grove City Farmers' Market has been working with area farmers to bring the best of summer harvest to the Grove City Area community for more than 20 years. The Farmers' Market also has great family events like the "Amazing Race - Grove City" and Family Fun Day with area businesses sponsoring dunk tanks, face painting, inflatable toys, and other opportunities for the entire family!

Grove city does have one of the best Farmers' Markets b/c they have far more fresh produce to offer, plus many other goods such as fresh flowers, baked goods, etc. Not only is everything of very good quality, but the prices are great too!

My family and I moved to Grove City in 2008. My wife discovered the Farmers' Market in downtown Grove City. They have a great selection, variety of products/produce, and it is extremely family friendly. They also have a "Family Fun Day" where they have activities for kids and families. They even had a dunk tank with the Mayor as the target! She took our 1 year old with her and was able to maneuver the stroller easily around the tables and patrons.
The farmers are friendly and have high-quality produce and some offer organic (no pesticides). There are also baked goods, candies, chocolates, and potted plants/cut flowers. Each farmer has a temporary license from the Health Department which adds to the secure feeling you get from purchasing at a market like this one.
The Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce is the driving force behind the Grove City Farmers' Market so if you have questions, contact them.
Grove City also have a Harvest Market in the fall, but I believe it is run by a separate organization...same farmers for the most part.
