I use produce from this farm all year long in my cooking and have found their lamb to be delicious and perfect for a winter stew or a summer barbecue. It is 100% grassfed, which is important to me for the nutritional benefits to my family, but it doesn't have the gamey flavor that some grassfed meats pick up. The farm is beautiful and the people are nice - it's great to know that your food is coming from a "happy" place. If you're into knitting or crocheting I recommend their handspun yarn also - it's gourmet level! Perfect for heavy sweaters or artisan scarves.
