I hadn't been to this market for awhile, but boy, has it "grown up" while I was away! It was wonderful to see the large variety - from high quality produce to pies, made-to-order omelets, goat cheese, meats and flowers! You can even bring your knives to have them sharpened!
I have visited a Farmers' Market in Vermont that had dulcimer music. It provided a festive yet homey atmosphere that made you want to linger. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you could find someone to provide that here!
I look forward to many Saturday morning trips to the market. Thank you for being there!

You have to be there to experience it. The Flowers are so pretty and nicely displayed. The Veggies are always jumping at you and saying take me home. All the Vendors are very friendly and very helpful. The Children that are helping and are also the farmers are very excited about their product. Stop at the Market before you go shopping. I love it. I love getting supremely fresh and locally grown food. I also enjoy being able to support and help sustain local farmers.

It is a new market every Saturday starting this year and the vendors are providing our area with an abundance of items including meat from free range animals, fresh cheese and eggs as well as the usual plant products. We live very close and are happy to not be driving far to enjoy a farmers' market.

Not only does this small township offer a lot of great local produce,it also offers hormone free and antibiotic free organic meats, artisan cheeses and baked goods and flowers! The people are friendly and the atmosphere is one of excitement and community.
