We purchased two mulefoot hogs from Thornwood Farm to finish over the summer. Great personality, wonderful at foraging in their pasture, and, best of all - their meat is totally different than the "standard" pork on the market. Very juicy, delicious, unique flavor. We purchased 4 more to finish. Highly recomment this meat, and the farmer,Paula. She's wonderful to work with. We need more farmers like her!
