While dodging the raindrops at the Bluegrass In Paradise festival, my friends and I stopped by the Crested Butte farmers market. We bought the goat /cheddar cheese combination and the peppered goat cheese. These cheeses were amazing with a smooth consistency and subtle flavor. My cousins are opening a cheese shop in Ft. Collins and I am hoping that they can bring Parker Pastures closer to my home!
