I love the local farmer's & produce! not to mention all the farmers and customers are very friendly! A great way to promote buying local and teaching kids about "real" food!

The market brings fresh produce--especially organic produce--to our doors with little carbon footprint and increases the quality of life of Gardiner, as well as makes it a more attractive residential area for others.

We love to get fresh produce, and support out local farmers. We also use it as a social event, where my children can meet up with their friends every week, while sipping ice cold lemonade from Larry!

Gardiner farmers are amazing! Rain or shine, they're always smiling. I love being able to put "a face to my food."

I do NOT support the Gardiner, ME Farmer's Market. They have only a few vendors and the prices are high. Got no clue who wrote those 5 comments, I can't imagine we're talking about the same place. Nope, this Farmer's Market is not worth it.

Perhaps the dissatisfied writer came too early in the season. Yes, it is a rather small market, but the products are good, the vendors cheery and the customers come whatever the weather . . . unlike the woosses in Freeport.

Personal care, household care, prepared food items all organic (breads, jellies, jams, etc.) as well as organic and locally grown vegetables, meats/poultry/yogurt and fruits located in a lovely, shady town park, can't beat it!

They are friendly and give advice on how to store, and serve the items they have to sell. Every now and then there is music from improntu band of farmers that just make the afternoon so much fun!!
