Because it provides locally-grown products to help support our state economy as well as provide fresher food than could be purchased at a store. Also to support our local growers.

I love the vibrant community that this market brings together. They have a delightful selection of vegetables, artisan goods, plants, and delicious prepared food courtesy of the Chef Shack. A true treasure in the neighborhood.

I really like the consistency of the vendors. I like having a relationship with the good people at the market. I want to send a shout out to the meat lady, vegetable plant lady by the chef shack, honey lady you know who you are and you can't forget the world famous Chef Shack.
Peace in the Middle East!

Small and open in a good way, as other nearby markets can feel overcrowded and claustrophobic! Great fruits and vegetables, plants, organic meats and artisan foods; the growers and vendors are all super friendly. I love the live music and the general environment is a great place to connect with neighbors every Sunday. And oh yes, I am a Chef Shack superfan!

It's amazing to have locally grown food 3 blocks from home. A great place to gather.

Incredible meats, fruits and veggies, local hone and wild rice, and the Chef Shack's five-spice doughnuts. Plus live music every Sunday
