This was the first CSA my girlfriend and I tried in 2010, and we really enjoyed it. We fell in love with the okra, hot peppers, garlic scapes, and all the wonderful produce Courtney and Carden provided for us. They were very accommodating if we wanted to switch a pick up day from Wednesday to Saturday, and almost always had extra okra or potatoes to grab - we're still eating some of the sweet potatoes from the Fall months!

You can tell that growing this food is their life, their heart and soul, and this was a wonderful farm to associate ourselves with.

If you enjoy fresh, unadulterated food, if you like to try new and interesting veggies, if you enjoy the opportunity to learn to prepare, and store foods for the months to come, then A Place On Earth CSA is what you are looking for! In addition, they have fresh eggs from free-range chickens, and beautiful wildflowers. My husband and I have been members since the CSA began, and we have never been disappointed in the bounty it has brought to us! There is always plenty of something in your share, and the flavor is unbelievable - I was so surprised when I realized that this is what FRESH tastes like. I have become so much more aware of where my food comes from, and why we need to do all we can to support the local farmers in our area. Remember - NO FARMS, NO FOOD. Give them a try - I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed!

I just wanted to extend my appreciation to our dear friends at A Place on Earth Farm. Our boxes are filled with delicious veggies, providing me and my family with a wonderful bounty every week. Thank you so much for all that you do for us. And Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work on your farm and help in furthering the success of your CSA. I know that I will be coming up with new and creative ways to prepare all the wonderful veggies that you provide us every week.

If you are interested in taking part in something truly special. Creating a close relationship with people who respect the land and wish to preserve it for generations to come. Give Courtney and Carden a call. There are still a few shares left for the 2009 season. You too can share in the rewards of a share from A place on Earth CSA Farm.
