I recently visited with Jesse at his farm in Alachua and it was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had in years. Jesse is passionate about providing the highest quality beef. The ride around his property was equally impressive. The cows roam free, looked healthy, happy and stress free. The best thing of all was that the T-bone steaks I purchased for a very special occasion were amazingly delicious. I will be buying more and have already reserved a brisket for the Fall! We have been buying beef and grits/meal from Jesse and Rose and it is outstanding! It's the only beef we'll eat. We love the grits and meal. The pork sausage and bacon are also excellent.
