I was just at the market this morning. I left with apples, peaches, pears, squash, eggs, beef, onions, potatoes, garlic, and homemade molasses cookies! There's nothing better than buying fresh local food, and this is a great place to do it.

I just can't wait for the farmer's market to open --- it's the best. Everything I buy is so fresh and delicious, In addition to the terrific produce and baked goods, you can enjoy a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Roxanne McCoy from Lillies of the Field is an expert at gathering a wonderful floral arrangement I enjoy purchasing every week. The produce from each and every vendor is outstanding. I have recommended the market to my family and clients. It is sure to satisfy each and everyone. Don't forget to stop and buy some yummy Hanzilan's sausage.

We look forward to the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. We can be sure of purchasing local produce because all must be grown or made by the vendors. There is a lot of variety in items from fresh friut and vegetables to plants, baked goods, honey and maple syrup. The dedicated vendors must start their day at 5 a.m. to be in EA by 7 a.m.

A warm, enchanting environment which provides us all with healthy homegrown fruits, vegetables and beautiful plants and flowers. Naturally, the enchantment comes in on the part of the children who beam enthusiastically at the wonder of it all! Friendly, familiar faces, warmth & smiles galore; the very best of our community. A nice start to my day... did I mention the Coffee ?

I like having fresh, local, good produce within a mile from my home and Wednesday and Saturday morning. I especially like the fall when the apples, winter squash, and pumpkins arrive. Also the late summer with peaches and blueberries is quite nice too. The venders in EA are also very friendly.

We live in Texas but when we visit NY, East Aurora Farmers Market is where we want to be! The apples are a big things since we don't get those in Texas. The abundance of great produce at great prices just amazes us. We have been known to load our vehicle with anything (apples, onions, potatoes, peppers, etc.) that will make the trip back to Texas!

I go to the market in my wheelchair and all the farmers greet me warmly. They go out of their way to help me (and others) carrying heavier items to the car, placing bags so I can easily reach them. It's great to see friends and neighbors there, but especially nice to receive caring treatment.

The produce, meat, and flowers are the freshest. It is much better when you can bite into a strawberry or apple that you know was picked just a few days ago and its not polished with all the fake stuff from big agro business.

The main reason I support the East Aurora Farmers Market is because the Benderson Development Company, over the past twenty years, hasr uined the Grey Street Plaza. If you read this please contact WHOLE FOODS INC. and try and give the tyrants at Benderson just a bit of competition....it would serve the community...as does the East Aurora's Farmers Market.
