Great atmospher, love the selection. People are so friendly and helpful. I love the fact that you can sample what your going to purchase. Enjoy getting family recipes, and purchasing Home made foods. Toni

For the freshness of their food... always enjoy the fresh spinach offered as well as the homemade soaps. PLUS, the people are always friendly and welcoming. Check it out! You'll love it too.

Farmers' Markets like the Botetourt Farmers' Market have the best, freshest vegetables, fruits, home-raised eggs and other yummy things that are good for you. You can talk with the people who raised and baked the items, and know exactly what the ingredients are. Check out the Salem Farmers' Market, too, particularly on Saturday.

I love Botetourt Farmer's Market because it is a great place to share community. We producers get to share our bounty, local folks are able to buy real food and actually know where it came from. Their dollars spent at the market make a significant contribution to our local economy.

I love the fact that I can meet the friendly folks that are providing my food. They work hard, they have invested lots of care and love into their produce or product....that's what makes it taste better and makes it better for you. Eat some love, by from our farmers at the Botetourt Farmer's Market in Daleville, Va Saturday Mornings at the fabulous Ikenberry Orchard marketplace. We may be small now but with time......all things are possible.

In today's economy the Botetourt Farmers' Market and other local farmers' markets are a sure way to help gove back and build the community. In days when places such as Wal-Mart are destroying many local businesses it's wonderful to know that our farmers haven't been ran off nor have given up. Their produce is fresher and has much more flavor than store bought vegetables. It's also nice to get out and meet the community and I have found that farmers' markets are great places to get to know people in the community.

Local food means better eating and wellness. The produce is fresh, the people friendly, and it's great to buy from your neighbors. It is a win-win situation all the way.

We have the friendliest and most responsible vendors. Our customers from the local community are loyal and knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition. They support their local farmers and will help the market grow!
