The market is primarily local food - produce, honey, eggs. I've been to too many farmer's markets that feel like produce is an afterthought and local crafts and baked goods are the focus. While both of these are nice additions, I am thankful that the primary focus remains local harvest.

The Carlisle Farmer's Market is the best of local produce, local goods and speciality items. All of the products are so fresh, the prices are very fair, and everyone is so helpful and generous. It couldn't be better

We grow our own in the community garden and then distribute to our friends and neighbors; prices are fair, food is healthful and apart from veggies we have home grown poultry, eggs, home made cheeses, breads and honey! Plus craft items, jewelry, clothing--all locally made!

The Carlisle Farmer's Market is special because we see so many familiar faces who buy our yummy garlic. It gets people out of their homes, away from their cell phones, computers, TV's and brings them to a place where you can find freshly picked veggies, honey, local artisanal cheeses and gets people to appreciate good food!
