Several months later, I contacted her to make sure we were on track for the wedding date. She wanted to know if I was still interested in using her as a vendor, and I said yes...we agreed on that and nothing had changed. She then informed me that her farm was in the process of moving, but assured me that there would be plenty of flowers.
Three weeks before the wedding, after hearing nothing further from Paula, I contacted her to nail down a time and location for picking up the flowers. She gave me several excuses and said she "would be unable to commit to [my] request." I was stunned. First, she has already committed over a year ago. Second, I had absolutely no communication from her regarding these issues. She offered no further assistance or recommendations as to who may be able to assist me.
In sum, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and professional vendor with better communication skills.

Melissa Coutts, I too, am sorry you feel this way about Paula. Although every single person I know who has worked with her has NEVER had an issue...odd. Anyways, My husband and I had the sheer pleasure of using Paula for our wedding. She was so absolutely amazing to work with. I don't know where to even begin with picking flowers and she made it the most fun and enjoyable process. The flowers and arrangements were the absolute most beautiful pieces of the wedding. Not only did she do the bouquets and arrangments, she also created my husband and I the most breathtaking arch imaginable. It was everything we could have wanted, and MORE. If anyone needs wedding flowers or anything along the lines, I STRONGLY suggest no one other than Paula Guilbeau!!!!!! Thank you so much, WE LOVE YOU!! :) Katie & Destin

I'm so sorry that you feel this way. I can say that I was a bridesmaid in a wedding where Paula was in charge of all of the bouquets and all of the floral decorations. Paula amazing and did a beautiful job with everything. All of the bridesmaids and the bride were all floored by how stunning our bouquets were...she could not have done a better job. I have and will continue to recommend Paula to all of my friends. Best of luck. Brooke
