I've been a vegetarian for 33 years now. My dad raised black Angus cattle on our small farm. Rocking Z reminds me of the way my dad cared for his livestock...with conscience. My family eats meat and I much prefer they eat the healthy grass-fed beef that Rocking Z produces rather than the stuff from the meat counter at the supermarket.
I honestly didn't realize that when it cooks, you can smell the impurities in store-bought beef! The first time I cooked Rocking Z beef, it brought back memories of my mom's kitchen so long ago when she'd cook hamburgers or roast beef. Such a difference!

I met Rocking Z Ranch at the Ozark Farmers Market and loved their professionalism, set up, and product! I purchased a package of 2 ribeyes and tried the recipe they gave me. The steak was tender and flavorful- I out-cooked my husband on the grill! I will be sharing my experience with family and freinds.

We visited Missouri and purchased a few T-Bones and some ground beef at the Springfield Farmers Market to enjoy with family. The flavor was wonderful and contributed to a great weekend! We look forward to ordering off Rocking Z Ranch's web site in the future.
