We thank Jen for her hard work and support the efforts of the growing Seaside market! Many folks bring their own shopping bags and fill them up with a variety of local organic produce, local artistic treasures, body products and fresh baked goods from smaller companies/vendors that you will not find in the big markets. Please help support the local Seaside businesses and the Seaside Saturday market! Kid friendly and dog friendly! A great peaceful place to spend your morning! Mark your dates & times and be there!

There is something for everyone from produce to eggs, jewelry, soap, fruit preserves, and of course the hoola hoops! The breakfast, cooked by a different community member each week is a great idea.

The Seaside Farmer's Market is a great place to learn about local and organic food, meet up with friends and see what the locals are growing and making. The handcrafted hoola hoops are super hoopular and a fun way to start the Saturday morning!!

I grew up eating almost ALL local food, have missed it for years, and am thrilled to have the opportunity to get closer to that way of eating again. The more of us that support local producers, the more local producers we will have, as local farmers gradually get out of commodities and into produce for local eaters like us!

Hopefully the slow food movement is here to stay. Buying local meat, eggs and produce saves gas, supports the local economy and is more humane.

Right when you ride up on your bike you feel the energy and love! I think each year it will continue to grow and more and more will support this market and the volunteers who make it happen.

We need to know where our food comes from and the people who row it. We must learn to support sustainable local farming. If .85 of every dollare we spend on food goes to transport and shipping of that food, cheap food is a false economy. BUY LOCAL.

This is the first year for the Seaside Farmers Market, and it so needed in our community! It is wonderful to have an opportunity to purchase fresh, local produce and eggs, as well as so many other delicious foods and products. Every week it continues to grow and attract more people, vendors and consumers alike, and encourges our community to knit together and focus on healthier habits and sustainability.

I am not a local of Seaside, but love the area and visit as often as I can. Love to support local merchants when I can.

It feels more like a block party, the farmer's market brings locals, farmers, tourists, and fresh organic produce to Seaside every Saturday from 8 - 12. Along with fruits and vegetables you'll find jewelry, plants, handmade soaps, fruit preserves & honey, and fresh local eggs.

The Seaside Farmers Market is only in its second year. Jen is doing a great job and each week there is more selection. We don't have a ton of local buying options for food. My family makes a concerted effort each week to go and to buy as much from the farmers market as possible.
