Fresh organic produce , baked goods and who doesn't love honey (and beekeepers), fresh flowers and more. The location is conveniently in town and a delight for locals to gather as a friendly, relaxed community.

I shop there every week, year-round. There is a joyful abundance of fruit, vegetables, herbs, cheeses, baked goods, milk, jams, cider, meats, flowers and even a knife sharpener. Local restaurant chefs demonstrate and offer free samples, local musicians perform, everyone I know shows up -- it's like a big happy party.

The Saratoga Springs farmers market has healthy food for my family. I especially appreciate the wonderful Battenkill dairy (my son says it's the best milk in the world), minglewood farms (selling the best plant seedlings ever, and the tastiest heirloom tomatoes), and the friendly people at Fitzpatrick and Denison farms. I love knowing there is so much organic and chemical free farming in this area.
My son likes to go with me so he can get the heart shaped butter cookies at Effie's. I also really appreciate the 5, 10 or 15 minute massages.
I just love it.

Great selection and friendly people - Make sure to check out Mary's Lamb - delicious fresh lamb and the best eggs I've ever eaten! The winter market is an under appreciated gem.

It is not only a great place to buy the freshest local produce, supporting our farmers, it is a place for the community to interact and come together in a like minded quest for a better simpler life. That's what Saratoga Springs is all about!

We love the local produce and knowing who is growing our food. We feel good about supporting them, and we see many as our friends

There is a tremendous variety of produce, even milk in glass bottles at our Farmer's Market. The farmer's are our connection to a way of life that is disappearing and are a pleasant break from our busy 21st century lives. Going to the Farmer's Market is one of my favorite things to do!

I've only been to the market in Saratoga...it's wonderful!!! Fresh produce, honey, meats and crafts.
A lot of it is organic, and the people answer all of my questions!
Plus, I know a lot of the vendors personally....a big, happy family!

Everyone is very pleasant and helpful and the market is open all year round. I can pick up a vegetable and the farmer/seller will give me a recipe for it so it's also a geat way to experiment with new foods you've never tried. Being able to pick a fresh bundle of flowers for my table every week isn't bad either.
Every town should set aside a place for a farmers market as Saratoga has done. I tell everyone who's new to Saratoga to visit the High Rock location in the warmer months. The winter location at the Salvation Army is great for breakfast once in a while too.
Saratoga Farmers Market is a great way to contribute to a greener community, support your local farmers and live a greener and healthier life.
Now if I could just get there without a car...
Oh and get there early if you want the best tomatoes!
