The plus is the fact that these cheeses are good for you and beautifully and lovingly created...the fact is that it is just the best darn cheese you have ever eaten in your entire life! They make the most unique types...chipotle cheddar is great on a burger, feta with garlic tops off fresh mashed potatoes better than anything, and the fresh yogurt is so much better than sour cream on a burrito. Visiting the farm is fun as well...seeing the kids running around or shopping in the store. The staff is terrific as well.
