Thoroughly enjoyed shopping at the Sodus Farmer's Market several times throughout the summer months. There was a wonderful variety of fresh produce (fruits, veggies, herbs, flowers) as well as baked goodies, crafts and other interesting items. Very friendly people and the prices were quite reasonable. Really an asset to the community!

You can see how happy people in Sodus are to have their own market by the number of folks streaming to the church parking lot. I take my lunch late every Wednesday to visit the market. There is just so much there, fruit and vegetables, bread, cookies and all the other yummy baked goods; the guy with the incredibly beautiful bunches of flowers, 2 for 5 bucks, and let's not forget the lady with the beautiful jewelry! And the food: Joyce's BBQ and El Rincon with burritos, tamales and tostadas - all home made and incredibly good. People can find out about foodstamps, the services from Wayne CAP and other human service agencies.

Thanks, Sandy and Mary Ann and all the other folks who organized this!

We are a small town and this is just what we needed. Farmers and vendors getting together for one stop shopping for crafts, fresh produce and food!!!
