I really enjoy your steak, bacon and pork but most of all your eggs. There is something about the freshness and taste that makes eating them a delight. I can't wait to taste the chickens. I think they will be great because of the special care I know that is given to each of them.

The beef from Adela Rose Farm is the best beef we have ever had! So lean, and so flavorful! We were walked through the ordering process (Thanks Jay, for making it so easy!) and got exactly what we wanted and needed! Our only regret is that we did not get more!

I would also like to add that for the longest time, I could not eat eggs, which pained me, because I love all egg-based dishes! After I started buying and using eggs from the Adela Rose Farm, I no longer felt queasy afterwards! Which tells us that free range chickens and their eggs are much better for us!

My experience with Adela Rose Farm has been nothing but positive. Jay was very helpful in selecting the cuts of beef, and keeping me posted on the progress of the order. I made a roast for Christmas dinner, and it was honestly the best roast we've ever had. Belted Galloway beef from The Adela Rose is truly better than anything one could purchase at the grocery store.

Adela Rose Farms was quick with delivery and the quality of meat has been outstanding for me and my family!!! We were unsure of what to order, quantity, and the owners took the time to explain how their meat was different and gave us great recommendations on the quantity that would best suit our needs. We will definitely be going back!!

This is the first time I have ordered Belted Galloway. I don't usually right reviews about beef. Most organic cow tastes the same to me. My main concern is ordering beef from small "ma and pa" dealers. I HAVE to know the animal lived a happy, pleasant life before I consume there delicious harvest. To my delectable surprise, I was absolutely amazed how delicious Belted Galloway meat is! TENDER??!!...HECK YES!! I have found my cows! I am proud to serve Adela Rose Farm meat at my dinner table, and you will be too!

The beef that Jay raised is so delicious words cannot describe the wonderful taste. I like the fact that I know where it came from and that the cows live a VERY good life! The ordering process is SO SIMPLE and the meat is packaged and clearly labeled. I want the best for my family so I order from from the Adela Rose Farm!!

This is beautifully processed, conveniently packaged, clearly labeled, really delicious meat. The whole process was simple, and I feel unbelievably lucky to have a clear conscience about what's in my freezer.

The beef we ordered was amazing! We found it very lean and with great taste. On top of that, Jay made the whole process of ordering and getting custom cut surprisingly easy. Lot's of support. I really liked the fact that I knew where the beef came from and that it was raised on grass in a very humane and happy cow life. Definitely would order again.
