I love walking to this farmer's market on a saturday to enjoy the music and pick up some great produce. Check it out if you can.

Saturday farmers market takes a while. Catching up with friends and neighbors on the way to and from the market, catching up on community comings and goings at the market, checking out the fresh produce from local farmers, baked goods and other treats made in or near Lansdowne and fresh cut flowers too. Plus a local artist and musician every week. What could be bad? Building community, buying fresh and healthy foods and supporting local farmers without having to drive anywhere. Local rocks!

I have loved LFM since day one, three years ago. I come out from Old City Philadelphia on Saturdays because the vibe is amazing....I am three blocks from the FM at Headhouse Square...but its not the same. I have watched this market grow and become a local staple and place to be on Saturdays end of May through October. The arrays of vendors is perfect, not to mention the artist and musician of the week.

It's a great place to shop and visit with neighbors. We have fabulous produce, meats, cheeses, bread, desserts, vegetarian delights, plants, local artists and weekly musical entertainment!

I can walk to get great produce, jams, jellies, honey, gifts, animal treats, meats, cheeses, almost everything I need in one stop and still get to work on time!

Besides being very local, down the street, LFM has a wonderful selection of veggies, live music, local artists, beautiful plants, and all sorts of goodies to nibble at. There's something going on at almost every market day, like perennial exchange, kids day, or a dog parade. It's a great place to hang out for an hour or 4!

Everything is fresh, good selection, friendly people, fun place to shop . Our whole family loves to go there.

I recently moved away, and leaving behind the Lansdowne Farmers Market (and Farm Fresh Express) was one of the hardest parts! The vendors are great and the organic food is delicious and fresh!

The produce is freshly grown by local farmers. The community feel is wonderful and the weekly local talent/entertainment is a real special touch, as is the artist of the week. I look forward every Saturday to my morning walk to the Lansdowne Farmers Market!!
