It has a great selection of fruits, veggies, organic meat, canned and baked goods and even kettle corn. It is held on Thursday evenings which is a more convenient time for me. I can even sip a glass of Illinois wine while I shop if I so choose.

I just love to see (and taste) what all is grown from the land so close to home!

I enjoy the wide variety of produce available every Thursday evening and the convenient hours. The location is wonderful and the pavilion under which the vendors offer their products is great for any weather. The wineries offer free samples and it's a great time to socialize, sip a glass of wine and grab a sandwich from Illinois meat.

local is better because the products are fresh and you know where they come from.

good vendors,food,drink,easy,safe parking,under cover,free cold water,and many things only the fairgrounds can supply for free, you may even see something humorous.....

THE SELECTION OF FRESH PRODUCE IS GOOD AND THE QUALITY IS GOOD. BY SUPPORTING LOCAL VENDORS IT HELPS STRENGTHEN A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, THE FAMILIES I PURCHASE MY ITEMS FROM ARE SOME OF THE BEST PEOPLE I HAVE MET, HONEST & HARD WORKING. IT IS A FUN PLACE TO SHOP AND MEET PEOPLE.
