Beef prices have gone up from 2013

I was looking for a source for local, grass fed, non medicated beef and happened by a sign one day. Boy am I glad I did! We ordered a half cow and it has lasted over a year. Each time I get in the freezer I am happy to see those little packages of the best tasting beef I've ever had. It is SUPER lean and tastes amazing. I've found that the simplest preparations are the best...a little salt and pepper and you are good to go. No need for tons of marinades or sauces to make it taste great.

This was our first try with this farm and their beef. We have been looking to find a farm that has non medicated grain fed beef since that is what we prefer. We have had both the ground beef and the steak, we have yet to try the roasts and other cuts. The ground beef is amazing, very lean and so flavorful! We made burgers and chili, both were the best ever! The steaks we did on the grill (even in the cold!!) we wanted the full effect and we loved them too! The steaks were tender and flavorful with just the right amount of marbling.

The Florea family was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be ordering more soon.
