This Market runs every Saturday, May thru October (rain or shine) in the Willoughby City Hall parking lot (1 Public Square) from 8 am to 12 noon. It has a good variety of local farmers selling fresh produce, as well as vendors selling baked goods, honey, mushrooms, pickles, meat, coffee and maple syrup. There are also lots of vendors selling pet treats, plants, hand-made greeting cards, jewelry and self-care products. Sometimes there is also kettle corn, a food truck or two and a smoothie cart. This market has a small-town feel but can get pretty busy. Most of the farmers come from within 20 miles and picked their produce just the day before.

I love the Willoughby Outdoor Farmers Market. One of my favorite Amish farmers has a Certified Organic Vegetable stand and you can order bulk veggies as well as maple syrup.
Some of my other favorite farmers/sellers there, sell vegetables, herbs, beef, micro-greens, pies, jams & jellies, homemade granolas and the like.
There are plants, crafts, honey, bath & body products, healing ointments and a wide variety of other items.
The Willoughby Outdoor Market has been the signature event for the Heart of Willoughby since July 9, 1979. It is the longest running outdoor market in Lake County. Each Saturday morning from May to October, you will find the market in the parking lot of Willoughby City Hall from 8am to 12 noon.

This outdoor market is near our home. The produce sold here is very fresh and from local farms. The other items sold, crafts, jewelry, bakery, local honey, etc. are really lovely. There is also a stand (from a nearby nursery) selling plants, trees as well as flowers for your gardening experience. Shopping this market is a good way to stroll through a sunny day with your family!
