The fruit and vegetables are the best! The recipes they educate the public with are fresh, healthy and easy. As a mother of three boys heavily involved in school and sports, I can prepare most of my meals for the week on Sunday thanks to The Market at Trustees' Garden. And most of all, my kids are eating healthy without any pesticides are injected antibiotics. We all feel better.

To support the local farmers and reap the benefits of freshly picked berries, herb, fruits and veggies, there is no comparison to the taste of fresh organic. Plus, it's community support in a beautiful city.

There is always something new every time I go. You speak directly with the farmers who are passionate and knowledgeable. There are also plenty of reasons to bring the whole family. My kids like to go, because each week there is something new for them too.

They have the perfect mix of vendors, so you can go and get much much more out of the market than just fruit and vegetables.

Trustees' Garden has a vaunted history as one of the first experimental gardens in this nation. The revival of this tradition of community support and growth has been both exciting and dynamic, bringing together some of the most passionate organic gardeners of our region with great artists and artisans as well as live entertainment. It's food, fellowship, and fun all in one green, earth friendly package. What could be better than that?

It is small and quaint, with some of the most pleasant people - both vendors and customers. This market is an excellent asset to Savannah, GA.

I want the local farmers to have support from the community for all the hard work they do. The market helps personalize urban living and lets the true roots of what we eat get chance to have a name with a face.

Eating local food is one of the best things we can do to help ourselves and the environment. There are precious few places in this part of the country where we can get locally grown, organically produced items, so this community really needs to support our own local Markets as much as we can.

I have 3 children and want them to have the best start in life, so the healthiest diet possible will provide them with the best nutrition. I want to avoid filling them with preservatives, and artificial flavor and coloring.
