Reviews for: West Milford Farmers' Market

While I persoally can not drive to the market, I applaud the idea of locally grown produce!

It stays open late enough that even most people who commute far distances (as most of us who live up by West Milford and Hewitt do) can still get there before it closes. Most Farmers Markets are only early in the day so that commuters can never get there before they close.

I love farmers' market fresh foods especially in my own town, but I also support Warwick, NY & other locations when possible.

Love that the market is on Wednesday. Many other markets are on the weekend, so it's nice to be able to get fresh local produce midway through the week

There is an energy about the market. People are enthusiastic and love what they do and it shows. I go to the market for the people as much as I go there for the food and specialty items. The local music is a pleasure.

I love the variety of veggies and fruits that are displayed. Freshness and availability is just perfect.

I love getting fresh fruits and vegetables for my family. The breads are wonderful. The olives are great. Very helpful vendors.

Its a great market and a great place to be! Not just great local foods but great atmoshpere and community feel. Great local music too! Even has a Buy Local Corner for local merchants and non-profits

Wonderful seasonal fruits and veggies. The meat I bought last week was absolutely top quality.

This is one of several fantastic Sustainable West Milford projects that are really making a difference for our town. Shopping here is just plain fun.

Lived here for yrs, so glad to finally see this. Have great vegetables, fruits, etc.& love the fresh mozzarella; also great different plants, all at very good prices as well! It's also place to meet with people & listen to good music, & just all in all a fantastic idea for the town.

This market goes beyond fresh local produce and foods - which are great! This market looks to provide a common place for community members to come together to say hi to friends, meet new friends, listen to music, relax, and enjoy. Thanks!

I love the group that started it!!! They are very devoted to sustainability and community...they walk their talk.

It is great to have fresh local produce, baked goods, etc....from local vendors. It is a wonderful addition to West Milford and a fun place to go with a lot of positive people to connect with.

Locally grown fruits, vegetables, flowers, and meats. It's good for the environment, my family, and my community. Love the idea of local artists and musicians too!

Our Farmer's Market provides fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers, as well as baked goods. With all the food scares lately, it's comforting to be able to buy wholesome foods locally. They feature local artists each week. They also make it fun by having live music and it's nice to gather with others in the community.

I think it's important to support local farms and food suppliers. It's better for the environment, for the economy and most importantly for our health. Plus, my kids enjoy meeting the people who grow their food.

Locally grown food is epicenter of every community. We need to independently be in control of our food source. Without that we will all perish in the future.

They have great produce and other products every week!!!! We tried the spaghetti sauce that was made fresh and it was incredible!! I shop here every Wednesday after work instead of going to the regular supermarket. Try it....you will love it!!!

It's in it's first year and is really committed to bringing fresh, local foods to our area. I love the live music and the organic vegetables, and who can pass up the pizza, pickles and artisan breads. There's so much to offer at this market!
