I know that these people have worked very hard to make this the best possible farmers market and I think that they have achieved it. They are having a good turnout with lots of venders. Wonderful

They are new and need help getting started. They are striving to have as much organic produce as possible. They have the market in the evening which is more convenient for those who work day jobs. I am really excited about having a market start up in Norton and feel that those who have worked so deligently to make this happen deserve the help.

It gives local people a market to sell locally grown produce and residents a chance to purchase them, plus a place to get freshly baked goods. It's great that we have such a place in our midst.

This market has been needed in our rural area for a very long time. It's such a delight to purchase fresh home and locally grown produce and the growers themselves. Also to browse other craft stands and meet other community members. Thank you City of Norton and all who pushed for it!

Fresh produce, locally grown. Well organized, good atmosphere. Everything fresh, don't have to worry about your items being dried up.

The Market is located in Downtown Norton and accommodates farmers and local artisans of all types. You can find everything from flowers to vegies...It is a great place to chat with friends and visit with folks from Wise County and beyond.

It is a local community event that allows us to buy great produce and other products while spending time with our friends enjoying a laugh, good food and homemade root beer. I have always enjoyed farmers markets around the world, the atmosphere and the chance to get to know the people.

This is a great opportunity for the citizens of Norton and Wise Co. to meet, purchase, and sell their locally grown foods and flowers.

Local people doing what comes naturally-sharing your rewards from the good earth. Ms. Anne was making hats for the kids from recycled newspaper. It is a fun event for the entire family. I hope to go every week and support our vendors. Thanks to the dedicated committee. June Jones

My husband and I are new vendors, we had such a great time at the market! The over-all ambiance is so freindly and inviting, it's only going to get bigger and better, just like a sunflower!

This market is close to home and is a great way to get fresh local produce. The time is convenient and gives people a chance to visit with friends they might not usually see during the week.

The Norton Friends & Farmers Market is more than just a farmer's market; it is a place to gather, make new friends, and they always have something interesting going on. I just love it!
