I love the farmer's market and the ability to get all the fresh produce. What a great way to bring the community together.

I think it's a great function for farmers and town folk and of course visitors alike..and I being a Pecan grower in the area helps me support such a cause. Having it at the golf course is a great touch and nice surroundings. and I love sunsites and be golfing there since 1987 or so.. good luck to the S.F.M... THX.. Bob

The items sold are good. It's a great place to spend a little time with your friends and neighbors.

Local people doing for local causes is what made this country what it was. Perhaps it will return.

Our group has particapated in the Farmers Market and they provided every thing we needed to set our items up and to stay out of the sun. Thanks Guys---- Pearce 8th grade Class of 2011.

I live outside Sunsites in Pearce and always strive to support our local economy whenever possible. This is a great boost for our local farmers/crafters. I give the Sunsites Farmers Market a big thumbs up!

This farmer's market is a true testament to the hard work and commitment of a community full of dedicated people involved in the preservation of their home town. It is so much more than a farmers market, which, of course has home grown foods, natural lotions, local arts and crafts, it is a gathering place for those who know each other and for those who don't. You are greeted with open arms and a great story of how the market came to be. You will leave with a complete sense of community and new friends. Take it from a city gal who longs to retire in Sunsites! The Sunsites Farmers Market wins every time in my book!

I support Sunsites Farmers Market because of all the awesome people that sell their great produce and other things. Sunsites is a wonderful small community where folks genuinely care about each other and our community.

My husband and I are in the process of buying a home in Sunsites and hope to be a part of this wonderful community soon! The formation of this Farmers Market and its subsequent increasing support is just another indication of the spirit of the people there and one of the reasons we chose Sunsites as our future home. The Sunsites market is just one of the many "labors of love" that makes this small community with such a big heart a showcase for other small communities. When storm clouds gather and darkness falls we all join together and our energy brightens the day!

Outstanding produce, very friendly atmosphere, a reflection of the pride in the community of Sunsites. The purpose of the market to help save a community, with the people of the town and surrounding area coming together. Very impressive.

Just like the desert around us, if you add a little, you will get a lot in return. Besides having outstanding fresh organic produce, home made baked goods, unique specialty items, and beautiful crafts, the Sunsites Farmers Market is truly a great Saturday morning social event. With great music from truly talented local artists, to the friendly atmosphere, the market is a reflection of what the town of Sunsites is all about. From the early morning setup, where vendors help each other, to the end of day, you will want to stay and become part of what is going on here.

It's great to see just what edible produce produce farmers there are in this neck of Cochise County. As a 3-year newcomer interested in horses and other livestock, I've not met many vegetable, fruit and nut farmers. I'm finding they are as interesting and fun to know as livestock ranchers and hay growers. It's a great Saturday morning get together of old and new friends and it will grow into quite a "happening", especially when it cools down a bit. Thanks to all the edible growers who take the time to bring out and educate us about what grows to support human and even livestock (corn, etc). It's fun, too, to see the area craftsmen who come up with collectibles from such things as homegrown goards, dried ocotillo, yucca and flowers, polished and petrified and all kids of interesting indigenous and other thought-up stuff. And, of course, to get all the flyers and posters about not only what's ready to eat and how to plant in our own backyard gardens, but to keep up with what's going on, what's coming up ... yep, it's a happening happening and I'll be there most Saturdays around 9 a.m. (my husband will be there at 8) Blessings to everyone involved ! ! We built a second home in Sunssites and visit when we can. The Farmers Market is another example of why we love Sunsites so much.

Great opportunity to support local farmers and growers; enjoy fresh fruit, vegetables, and flowers. Make people aware of our community; wonderful opportunity to come together and socialize, and show our support for the community and one another.

It's Community Togetherness. Everyone in Sunsites helps make this town a wonderful place to live. We are all grateful that our local Farmers are interested in being involved with our Community Growth & well-being.

As President of the Pearce/Sunsites Chamber of Commerce I want to personally "Thank" all of the members of our great community who have volunteered their time and hard work in establishing the Sunsites Farmers Market and making it such a wonderful success. We love all the fresh vegies and fruits what is displayed every Saturday. Also enjoy meeting the local folks.

YUM...produce is picked locally that morning and all baked goods are "home baked"--nothing is bought commercially for resale. It supports small, local growers and serves a small but thriving community
